We gladly offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, and in its original packaging. At this time, exchanges may be made for another piece of jewelry of equal or greater value.

Please note that all custom or personalized items are final sale unless otherwise stated.

Processing Time

After your returned item has been received and inspected, your exchange will be processed within 7–10 business days. You will be notified once your new piece has been prepared for shipment.
