Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 5–7 business days from the date of purchase for your order to be created and prepared for shipment. Orders placed on after 2pm will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will begin processing on the next business day.

Because many of our pieces are handcrafted and made to order, processing times may vary slightly depending on volume. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your jewelry with care and attention to detail.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delivery times may vary based on your location and USPS service schedules. While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, transit delays beyond our control may occasionally occur.

Lost or Stolen Packages

She Wears Joy Jewelry is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or marked as delivered but not received, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier using the provided tracking information.
